About the role
We are opening a Prime Partners office on the Gold Coast, and this is the person who will keep it running. It is a broad, hands-on office management role, covering front of house, administration, billing support and looking after the local team, with the autonomy to shape how the office works from the ground up. You will be well supported by our North Sydney head office, but day to day, this office is yours to run.
What you'll do
- Run the day to day operations of the Gold Coast office and be its welcoming first point of contact
- Manage reception, client appointments, correspondence and the diary for the local team
- Handle office administration, from onboarding paperwork and document management to billing and invoicing support
- Coordinate with the North Sydney head office on systems, HR and practice administration
- Keep the office, facilities and suppliers organised and running smoothly
- Support the accountants and directors so they can focus on clients
What you'll need
- Experience in office or practice management, ideally in accounting or professional services
- Exceptionally organised, with a calm, proactive approach to a busy office
- Warm, professional communication, as you will be the face of the office for clients
- Confident with everyday systems such as Microsoft Office, with practice or accounting software like Xero a plus
- A self-starter comfortable helping stand up a brand new office
- Discretion and genuine care for the people and clients you support
