Twenty-five years of accounting expertise applied to the outsourced finance function for established Australian businesses.

Rachel leads the finance function team within Prime's Finance Hub, the outsourced finance offer for established businesses. With over twenty-five years of accounting practice behind her, she brings the kind of technical depth and consistency that only comes from doing the work properly across decades, through every kind of business and every kind of cycle.
She's also the primary point of contact for Finance Hub clients, holding the relationship and the work together day to day. Her remit covers the full rhythm of a finance function, the management accounts, the reporting, the close-of-period work, and the technical accounting questions that come up in between. Clients get the comfort of knowing that whatever sits underneath the numbers, someone with her depth of experience is on top of it.
That depth was built well before Prime. Rachel spent five years as a management accountant inside a mid-sized business with more than fifty staff, where she learned how a finance function actually supports the people relying on it. She then spent three years in compliance at UBS, where the standards were exacting and the detail had to be right every time. Both experiences shaped the way she works now, close to the business, careful with the numbers, and steady under pressure.
Around the office, Rachel is known for two devotions outside the work: her morning ocean swims, and her dog Gracie.

Turning the numbers into something owners can actually act on. Clean, timely management accounts with the kind of clarity that drives better decisions, not just better records.
The technical depth to handle whatever sits underneath a complex business. Multi-entity structures, consolidations, intercompany flows, and the kinds of work that need someone who has seen it all before.
Years of work across these industries means Rachel already understands the rhythm, the regulator, and the kinds of decisions that come up. The advice arrives already in context.
