Greg spent seventeen years leading businesses of his own before bringing that experience to Prime, so he understands the finance function from the owner's side of the desk as well as the accountant's. He knows what it feels like to carry payroll, chase cash flow, and make the call on a hire when the numbers are tight, and that perspective shapes how he works with clients now. He sits alongside business owners as the financial mind in the room, translating the numbers into decisions and giving them the clarity to plan with confidence.
Day to day, his work spans cash flow forecasting, management reporting, budgeting, and the strategic finance conversations that established businesses need but rarely have time for. He builds the rhythm and the reporting that lets an owner step back from the detail and look at the whole picture, and he stays close enough to the business to spot what is coming before it arrives.
Outside of work, Greg loves all sport and the strategy behind it, with a particular soft spot for playing soccer and cricket. His one true love is Liverpool Football Club.
