Multi-generational business advisory for established Australian companies and the family groups behind them.

George is Managing Director of Prime Partners, the person setting the direction of the business and shaping where it goes next. Alongside that, he leads Prime's deepest client relationships, the families and businesses that have worked with him for the better part of two decades. His work spans multi-entity structures, intergenerational succession, and the kind of advisory that only develops when you've watched a business evolve through multiple chapters.
After eighteen years of advisory work with Australian businesses and the families behind them, George brings the depth and perspective that comes only from time. The conviction that long relationships produce better advice than transactional ones is something he has practiced his whole career.
George was born and raised on a cattle farm and lives on one again today, so the rhythms of farming life and the families who build their businesses around it are something he understands first-hand. Earlier in his career he worked in procurement and logistics out of Dubai and into Africa, which gave him a feel for how businesses operate a long way from head office. He is a sport nut across every code of footy.
The work that holds multi-generational structures together. Entities, trusts, succession, and the personal layer that makes them work in practice.
Multi-entity arrangements and the kind of historical complexity that comes with years of decisions stacked on top of each other.
The adviser relationship that endures across decades. The work clients return to George with first, because he's already seen most of what's coming.
Years of work across these industries means George already understands the rhythm, the regulator, and the kinds of decisions that come up. The advice arrives already in context.
